In order to set-up access to our host product from your wireless device you will need to start by downloading the Citrix Receiver from the app store or andriod market. Once you install the app it will require that you enter the following information:
Once you have installed the Citrix Receiver it will ask you for the server address. You will enter:
Citrix Receiver will then ask you for your credential information. You will enter:
domain\username: accesscsp.com\"Enter your username assigned"
password: "Enter your password assigned"
Domain: accesscsp.com
You will then see a green screen with a circle and a + sign. Click on the + sign and then click at the top of your screen where it says "All Applications." It will then list the applications you have been granted access to see. Simply click on each of the applications you wish to see in your Citrix Receiver and they will be moved into your green screen window. Once you have added the apps you wish to see, simply click on the green screen window and it will leave the add applications screen.
Once you have added your applications, simply click on the application you wish to use and it will open
